1. Use of Our Delivery App : You may use our delivery app Bhej2 to place orders for courier / parcels delivery from one location to another location. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to use our delivery app and to comply with these Terms.

User Account: To use our delivery services, you must create a user account and provide us with accurate and complete information, including your name, address, phone number, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment Terms: You agree to pay for all orders placed through our delivery app, using the payment method you have designated in your user account. All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor and are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
4. Delivery Terms: Our delivery services are provided by independent delivery partners. The delivery time and availability of items are subject to availability and may vary by location. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times and are not responsible for any delays in delivery, we can help you get assistance about your courier only.
5. Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with an order, please contact our customer service department. We will make every effort to resolve any issues and may, in our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit for the affected order.
6. User Conduct: You agree to use our delivery app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of our delivery app by, any third party. You may not use our delivery app to transmit or post any content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

Intellectual Property: Our delivery app and all content and materials included in our delivery app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Bhej2 or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our delivery app or any of its content or materials for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties: Our delivery app and delivery services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our delivery app or delivery services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability: In no event will Bhej2 be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our delivery app or delivery services. Bhej2 does not hold the responsibility for any of the couriers / parcels / goods that are been delivered/ in transit from one delivery location to another location.
10. Termination: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our delivery app and delivery services, with or without notice and with or without cause.
11. Changes to These Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our delivery app. Your continued use of our delivery app following the posting of modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bhej2 regarding the use of our delivery app and delivery services.
